How FFMA&W Started
Emily Greb, Nurse Practitioner and Founder of Face First Medical Aesthetics & Wellness, brings both clinical expertise and a deeply personal understanding of what it means to feel confident in your own skin. Born with a benign vascular tumor affecting her left eye, Emily spent much of her childhood undergoing reconstructive surgeries.
That experience shaped not only her resilience but also her passion for healthcare and aesthetics. It gave her a unique perspective on beauty, self-esteem, and the emotional side of appearance. With compassion and care at the heart of her practice, Emily created Face First Medical Aesthetics & Wellness as a space where others could feel supported, empowered, and comfortable in their journey toward confidence and wellness.
Emily began her nursing career after graduating from Ryerson University in 2002, gaining extensive experience in emergency medicine at both Toronto hospitals and Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital. Her drive to provide more comprehensive care led her to complete her Nurse Practitioner Certificate at Laurentian University in 2009, after which she established a family practice in Orillia.
With a solid foundation in acute care and primary health, Emily transitioned into aesthetic medicine to merge her medical skillset with her lifelong appreciation for the emotional power of self-confidence. Today, she leads Face First Medical Aesthetics & Wellness with the same empathy, integrity, and precision that has defined her career from the beginning.
