Laser Clients are treated by Kelsey Hancock - Medical Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician or Sera Monteiro - Medical Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician
EmSella & EMSculpt Neo Specialist
There are a number of clinicians at Face First Medical Aesthetics & Wellness trained in EmSella and EMSculpt Neo. You will be seen by Kelsey, Megan, Jon, Cindy, Breann, Sera, Kristin or Keara. One of these trained professionals will provide your EmSella and EMSculpt Neo treatment.
Emily Greb
NP - Clinic Director
Emily Greb is a Nurse Practitioner trained in Aesthetic Medicine and Primary Care.
Emily graduated from Ryerson University in 2002 and began her career in Toronto working in one of the city's busiest Emergency Departments. She made the move to beautiful Simcoe County and continued to work at Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital in the Emergency Department. Emily returned to graduate school and obtained her Nurse Practitioner Certificate from Laurentian University in 2009. Since then, Emily has worked independently in her family practice in Orillia.
Emily has always had a passion for Aesthetic Medicine, having experienced the benefits of cosmetic surgery as a child. She was born with a benign vascular tumor that covered her entire left eye and part of her cheek. She has had 5 reconstructive surgeries to remove this, and one cosmetic surgery to ensure a lasting cosmetic result. This is what drove her to create Face First Medical Aesthetics and Wellness.
Nurse Practitioners (NPs) have additional education and licensing to provide care to individuals and families. NPs can diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, order diagnostic tests (x-rays, ultrasounds, CTs and MRIs). NPs can order and interpret lab tests and prescribe all medications. NPs work autonomously under their own license's.
Kelsey Hancock
Medical Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician
Kelsey is a Medical Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician with over 13 years experience in the aesthetic industry.
Working in the industry has always come naturally to her as she has a passion for learning, skin health and superior client care. Kelesy has always felt that a large part of the industry is about making people feel good and building confidence.
Kelsey has worked in high end spas, cosmetic clinics and with some of the best cosmetic surgeons in the area. With her extensive background she specializes in skin health, anti-aging, acne management and skin cancer prevention.
She also operates a home based spa in Collingwood, Ontario.
Megan Archer
RN
Megan has been nursing since 2015, mostly in a primary care setting working in an office performing injections. It’s her favourite nursing skill. This passion alongside her adoration for skincare and the beauty industry led her to aesthetic nursing in 2022.
Megan loves seeing her clients increased confidence and aiding in anti-aging prevention. In her spare time she loves being on the lake with her two fur babies or spending time with her family. She loves holistic medicine too, being certified in reiki and enjoying all things witchy!
Keara Sweet
RPN
Keara is a Registered Practical Nurse and has been in the healthcare industry for sixteen years. She enjoys working as a nursing coordinator and foot-care nurse in our community. She values the importance of patient centered care. Recently, she has furthered her education in cosmetic injections.
With extended certifications in Advanced Nursing Foot-care and Cosmetic Injecting; she values a holistic approach to aesthetics and wellness.
Keara believes in focusing on the whole person when caring for her clients. She is committed to delivering results tailored to individual preferences and needs.
When she's not taking care of her clients, she enjoys physical fitness activities. She is always up for a new challenge.
Sera Monteiro
Medical Aesthetician & Certified Laser Technician
Sera is a graduate from Redwood Beauty College. Her passion within the aesthetic industry began at a young age. In today’s world where there are constant evolving new methods of revolutionizing skincare, she is interested in being part of those methods whilst maintaining safety during sessions.
Her passion into the industry came from her own want to give her skin the best personal care she could. Understanding that want, helps her help clients whom have been looking for that level of satisfaction. She would like to give all her clients a level of consistency knowing they are in an environment that is interested in giving them exactly the type of treatment they need to feel their best every day.
Cindy Paul
Administrative Assistant
Cindy has lived in the Orillia area for 30 + years . Cindy started off her career as a hairstylist then changed direction and managed a portfolio of clients in the financial industry for over 15 years . Cindy brings over 20 years with client experience and it is her passion that clients feel listened to and that their needs are taken care of .
In her spare time Cindy enjoys spending time with her grand kids , her Labradors and is often seen paddleboarding.
Jonathan Greb
Jon retired from the Toronto Police Service after 32 years as a frontline officer. He has always had a desire to serve and help others. Jon is our Lead EMSculpt Neo Technician. His calm demeanor ensures that his patients feel at ease, while they receive a fantastic and thorough treatment.
Arlene Zipagang
RN
Arlene has been a registered nurse for over 20 years. Most of her career has been spent as an ER nurse. She graduated from George Brown College in 2002 and obtained her BScN from Ryerson University in 2006. Arlene is certified in administering neuromodulators and dermal fillers. She has been performing cosmetic injections since 2019 and continues her education in order to keep up with new techniques while maintaining the client’s safety.

Humira Waziri
RN
Humira has been a registered Nurse for over a decade, graduating from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Her years of experience in urgent and primary care units have prepared her to treat her ascetics clients with the same compassion and care as her hospital patients over the years. She then went on to complete her Canadian Nursing Association Accredited program in aesthetic training in 2022 and immediately fell in love with medical aesthetics.
Humira completed her CNA-accredited program in aesthetic training in 2022., giving her the knowledge and skill to deliver the most current and advanced injectables treatments currently on the market.
Kristin Davis
Patient Flow Coordinator
Originally from the West Coast, Kristin spent her youth in Orillia before moving to Toronto, where she built a 20+ year career in the hotel and hospitality industry.
Now, she's transitioning her passion for helping others feel confident and creating positive experiences into a new role as our Patient Flow Coordinator. Always interested in health, wellness, and skincare, she's excited to combine her passions and skills in this exciting new chapter.
Breann Rasmussens
Aesthetician
Breann has been in the Aesthetics industry since 2016. She specializes in facials and skin treatments. Skincare and skin health has always been her passion. Helping others and listening to their concerns they have with their skin is something she is very passionate about. Her goal is always to help her clients feel confident and informed as she works together with her clients to achieve the skincare results they desire. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her children and family, as well as her 2 Labrador Retrievers.
